Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your photos. Here is our refund policy:
1. Free Preview — No Payment, No Risk
You can generate a free watermarked preview before paying. This lets you see the AI output quality before committing. No payment is taken for the free preview.
2. Full Refund — If You're Not Satisfied
If you purchase a photo pack and are genuinely unsatisfied with the overall quality of your photo pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
To request a refund:

- Include your payment reference or Razorpay order ID
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are available when:
- You are genuinely unsatisfied with the overall quality of your photo pack
- The AI output is significantly poor or unusable
- The generation failed or produced corrupted/broken images
- You were charged but did not receive your photos
Refunds are NOT available when:
- You simply changed your mind after downloading and using the photos
- You uploaded a poor quality selfie that resulted in lower quality outputs (blurry, low light, obstructed face) — we recommend trying the free preview first
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used (UPI, card, wallet, net banking).
- Razorpay handles the refund processing. The exact time to receive the refund may depend on your bank or payment provider.
- If your refund is not processed within 10 business days of approval, you may escalate to Razorpay support at https://razorpay.com/support.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you were charged twice for the same order or charged for a transaction that failed, contact us immediately. We will process a full refund for the duplicate/failed charge within 7 business days.
6. Cancellation
- Since photo generation is instant (delivered within 2 minutes), there is no "order in progress" to cancel.
- If you have not yet downloaded your photos, you may request a refund as described above.
- If the generation process fails for technical reasons, you will not be charged (or will be refunded automatically).
